Before turning on the water, place an unwrapped shower steamer on the floor of your shower towards the back/corner, away from the direct stream of water (It will dissolve quickly if under direct water!).

As the steamer dissolves and releases itS vapors, breathe deeply.

The length each steamer will last depends on the placement, length of shower and how much is used during the shower.
